Got the brisket laulau, ribs and chicken. All the food was good but the ribs and laulau in particular were da bomb 💣!
Update… went to Kaui and Big Island… the only place that has Lau Lau come close to 2T’s was Super J’s. So good.

Not what one might expect from a trailer in a Home Depot parking lot!
Forget hole in the wall. Its spots on asphalt parking lot. Definitely found a local fave.
Has never dispointed in the many times have been here. Vg to Ex consistency of product and quality of food. Worth the trip!

I'm so glad we had a chance to try this local food truck. Their food is amazing and the portions are huge. They are so welcoming as well. Aloha and Mahalo guys!

I just so happen to be in the parking lot when they were cooking up some mean smelling chicken.
Got the aunty plate all rice with brisket laulau and the aunty that took my order threw in a couple ribs.
When I tell you dat faka didn’t make it out the parking lot, the faka didn’t stand a chance.
The ribs were moist, the rub on it was bold and just a tiny bit of spice.
The chicken was basic BBQ chicken, still amazing.
But the laulau, let me tell you. That was the killer. The brisket wasn’t only fall apart good, but it had coconut inside which gave it a fantastic sweetness.
Gotta go hungry cause the plates is big.

The flavors of the food is amazing and so are the people. I had Unko’s Combo 2 with brisket, ribs, and chicken. Happy I stopped here! If you’re traveling here, definitely make this one of your stops.
