I had conference at the Convention Center. It was less than a 5 min walk. The breakfast was wonderful and one of the best hotel breakfasts ever. Lots of hot foods as well as cold options. The wait staff was very friendly and pleasant. One particular wait staff member remembered me and stated my beverage choices without me asking at breakfast. I would have rated my stay higher but was annoyed the fitness center opens so late at 6 am. You have to scan your room key to even enter so why isn't it open 24/7? I'm visiting from the mountain time zone so was easily awake at 4 am so would have been nice to be able to get some gym time. But because I had to be at the convention center around 7:30 am, it was nearly impossible to get a decent work out, then shower, then breakfast. Please open earlier like even 5 am would have been good. Other than that I really enjoyed the hotel, staff and the location. I went to the steakhouse as well and it was superb!
Nice hotel within walking distance of Waikiki Beach and it’s not exactly on the busy stretch so that suits us. There’s a humongous mall next to it so it’s really convenient to get everything you need and nice to explore. The service was decent and there was a lot of parking. Room was spacious enough but are more dated. There’s a slight dank smell to our room and the toilet flush would malfunction (continuously run) occasionally. The room was clean at the beginning but as the days progressed, the housekeeping did a fair job. Could have been cleaner. there’s good safe parking below but it’s pretty expensive. Be prepared.
Staff was great, location was fantastic given the quick walk to the park/beach or the shopping center which has a connected bridge. Room was small and dated, but clean and operational. Biggest complaint is that while the hotel has its own on-site parking in the basement… they still charge hotel guests a daily rate for using it. I understand when hotels do this for shared parking spaces, but this is all on the same property
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Feb 9, I had a wonderful stay here, but what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service from the housekeeping team. I accidentally left behind some personal items, and the housekeeping manager, Hashim, went above and beyond to find them and ensure they were safely mailed back to me. I truly appreciate his honesty, efficiency, and kindness. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service, and this hotel has earned my loyalty because of it. Highly recommend staying here… not just for the beautiful location, but for the incredible staff who genuinely care about their guests!
Prior to arrival, Justin was so helpful to update our reservation and he was such a sweet guy. Upon arrival, Welcoming and recognition from front desk Lyn was stunning and she is definitely asset for this property. Hotel was renovated, the most convenient location close to the beach and mall, plus the room is flawless, the view was awwwwwesome! The staff at Cafe 410 were all friendly and professional, especially Skye was such a lovely lady helping us enjoy the breakfast. It was grateful to stay here for my birthday trip. We are absolutely coming for the next birthday. Thank you so much, team!
