Feb 18-24, 2025. We stayed in a presidential suite on the 25th floor. The view was great. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was helpful, especially when I couldn't figure out how to make the air conditioner work (you gotta keep the sliding glass door shut). Our own washer/dryer. Walk in shower. Within walking distance of a lot of things & restaurants. We knew ahead of time about the parking fee so we only rented a car for two days and used Uber the rest of the time. We were gifted this stay, so although I'd stay there again, I don't think I could afford it. We were spoiled.
Requires $45/night valet parking or pay $3/hr to the dozen metered spots on the street. between 6am-10pm. Parking seems too much for this far away from beach. A little sketchy 13 min walk down to Dukes due to homeless. Rooms clean, don't open slider to balcony too long or AC shuts off. Front desk could have been more welcoming. Pool is in the shade around the back. No hot tub. Wouldn't stay here again. but it's OK.
Superb location, heated swimming pool, nice laundry with plenty of machines, good gym. The fragrance in the entire building keeps it so fresh. Crystal clean indoors. Getting nearby free parking is difficult so I opted for wallet parking. One of the security staff was not very polite. May be some training will be helpful to keep the image of such a great facility. The guests were also very good always greeting at lift.
They have a fun pool and outside seating but only in the sun for a few hours due to location. Valet parking only. Very friendly staff, everyone was excellent! No restaurant on premises. Only 12 minute walk to the beach. Quiet and off the main strip. Very relaxing! Great rooms and good views.
This place was amazing! I would 100% go back to place again. The staff are so nice. They were so sweet and gave us Hawaiian chocolates at check in. The rooms were very updated and clean and I loved the decorations. The view from our room was great. The pool area was really nice and they have a huge green lawn that you can sun bathe on. While we were there at the end of January they had a “resort experience” offering which was making your own orchid lei. For $5 that was such a steal. They provided the flowers and everything to make the lei and the staff member leading the experience was very friendly and personable. I think her name was Tarin or Taren. Anyways, she showed us what to do and by the end of it we both had our own leis! I thought this was so cool because we got to make them ourselves versus just getting them already made. The staff also told us about the fireworks that happen on the beach on Fridays. And they always opened the door for us whenever we came back to the hotel. It was all the little things that made staying here so nice. I was so sad when it was time to check out! Can’t recommend this place enough!
