Location is amazing. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Nice pool area. Our room was on the 12th floor. The room was cosy nice and clean. The AC unit smelled a little musty when it was turned on. They were doing construction on the higher levels and it was very noisy during the day. The front desk was amazing. Very friendly and nice. They recommended some restaurants which were all amazing choices. They also let us leave our luggage after check out so we could explore more of Waikiki before our flight. Overall very good value for the location
This is a great hotel if you want to be close to everything in Waikiki. Plenty of good food and shopping within walking distance. This is a no frills, strictly for convenience hotel. Rooms are fine, on the smaller side and needing some remodeling. Bathroom is a decent size but the shower is impossibly small. Service at the front desk is okay. During my stay this week construction started before 8 am everyday. No notice, just drilling and hammering and pounding. Like I said, if you need convenience, this is your spot.
We arrived on March 7 for a 10 night stay. The check in process was very smooth and the front desk clerk was very nice. The valet man was so helpful with restaurant suggestions and Katy was amazing at the front desk We entered our room from an outside door on the second floor. The balcony overlooked a very loud street and the front desk of the neighboring hotel. As we stepped out on the balcony we witnessed two police officers handcuffing a man right below our balcony. The immediate area was very low class and dirty. The room was terribly outdated and small. We went down to the front desk and mentioned to them about the police situation and told them we would be moving to a sister property. Her response was “I don’t blame you”. She said they have many homeless people in the area. We did not feel comfortable at this hotel or in the area as we walked around. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have children.
Location is good and staff are friendly. But check-in&out process was quite slow even though there were not many guests. Room condition was not very good. The pool is small but cute, and there’s a hot tub as well. During the day, we heard drilling sounds and it was quite noisy. Fortunately, it was quiet at night.
Room was small with a small shower, but it was clean and well maintained it was sufficient for our needs. We had a phenomenal experience when Checking in. Katy, the guest service manager went above and Beyond to figure out a solution to a reservation issue we had. When we come back we will stay here again because of Katy The guys and Lady's at the Valet booth were respectful and quick to get my car. Which was a great benefit.
