This is definitely a family friendly hotel. There are a lot of children and extended families staying. The rooms were serviceable. Breakfast was decent but there was always a long line. The worst part of the stay for me personally was waiting in line for the elevators. There was always a line and you sometimes had to wait for 2 or 3 elevators until you could get on one that was really full. The pool and hot tub were always busy. If you enjoy snagging a solo swim once in awhile, you are not going to get it here. If you're introverted you will find this hotel challenging.
Nice hotel. Excellent location very close to Waikiki Beach. Rooms are clean and decent, we got a suite with two rooms. It had two TVs, small fridge, two sinks and a bathroom with bathtub. They have a pool with a hot tub, breakfast in a large buffet style every morning and hospitality hour at night with live music and a bar at the pool. Laundry room available on 3rd floor. They also have Big Wave Dave's cafe on the ground floor for beach related rentals and nice coffee shop with food prepared on site for purchase. Overall very nice service and well-maintained hotel.

Wonderful 8 night stay, the staff and service was outstanding and supportive. Our room appeared to be newly renovated. The cleaning folks did an excellent job. The staff was accommodating in moving us to a room further from the elevator to assist us. The room was spotless every day. Location was excellent. While we did not have a ocean view, we overlooked the city view and shops and got to enjoy live music and a show from our balcony a few times during our stay. Quiet at night. Thank you.
Beautiful hotel with great staff. It’s in a great location and comes with complimentary breakfast. The menu options do change per day which is nice and includes an omelette bar. The hotel also offers 2 free drink tickets per night per guest. The only downside that the hotel has is that the elevator can be slow and the showers take a long time to warm up. Would definitely stay here again!
