One of the best rides I did in a long time. These scooters are very fun and it felt extremely safe and stable. They're perfect for beginners or if you're an experienced Rider I definitely recommend
Not only was I charged for trying to unlock a scooter that was fully charged, but when I went to return the scooter at the location where other scooters have been parked and is marked as a park zone, I was charged $25 for parking it outside of a zone. I’m Confused on how doing what I was supposed to do resulted in me getting punished and fined? I was offered a $20 coupon for getting charged… seems convenient right? Or a sketchy markup scheme. I would not recommend these scooters to anyone, absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention I had to walk 5 blocks just to get the scooter initially cause none by me were charged up. What a joke Also, I have 6 pending charges still on my account for 1 scooter rental. Well done Go X
Love the rides but last time me, my wife and daughter were all double-charged.. we had a credit, which they took and also charged our cards.. tried contacting customer service several times to no avail.. 😕 in Daytona!
Love the speed and ride but very inconvenient and unsafe to GPS to a “designated zone” while riding. This plus cost should’ve been communicated upfront before booking the ride— uber would’ve been cheaper.
WARNING!!!! my wife and I attempted to rent these scooters in Honolulu on Waikiki Beach. After loading $20 onto our account, the scooters never worked and we never got our money back STAY AWAY
