Cute cafe on the Ilikai balcony next to shopping & restaurants. Coffee was good, nothing exceptional, and service was quick. The location doesn’t get better for a quick brunch spot or coffee on the way to the beach. It’s a convenient location so I’m not going out of my way to make it a priority to seek it out and would recommend other coffee shops for coffee snobs like myself, though I haven’t seen this brand of coffee anywhere else…
Decent coffee (not great) and some pretty good cafe fare. Nice service. Avocado toast shown.
Hawaiian Aroma Caffe, located within the Ilikai Hotel and Luxury Suites, offers a convenient spot for a quick bite or beverage. However, be prepared for outdoor seating only, which can be a bit limiting depending on the weather. When I visited, the place was bustling, and I had to wait in line for about five minutes to place my order. This might not be ideal for those in a hurry. I tried their chai latte, which was decent overall. The frothiness was a pleasant surprise, providing a creamy texture. While it wasn't the best chai latte I've had, it was still enjoyable. Overall, Hawaiian Aroma Caffe is a solid choice for those staying at the Ilikai or looking for a casual spot to grab a drink. Just keep in mind that the seating is limited to outdoors, and there might be a wait during busy times.
The chai tea latte is a skip. It does not have good flavor at all. Dolce and banana 🍌- no banana flavor, but taste good.
We passed this place up a few times on our way to each at Cinnamons next door but glad we finally checked it out. Went first for the Acai bowls which were delicious...my kids wished the acai was a bit more "frozen" like some of the other spots we've been to...I thought they were fine. Also tried a breakfast sandwich, pineapple bread and nutella coffee. Place is good, definitely should try it out.
