Spacious rooms with all amenities included. Fantastic ocean views and balconies. TVs that easily connect to streaming services, full kitchen and washer dryer in the room. My room had a walk in shower and a soaking tub. The beach is right outside and there are multiple pools on the property. There are convenience stores, lovely shops and 11 restaurants. Every week there are Luaus on the property and live music every night at the Tapas Bar. Polite and friendly staff will help you arrange excursions. They also have a spa for massage, beauty treatments, hair and nails. There is an exercise gym with classes. I felt right at home on my one month stay.

Rooms get cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff is always saying hi.
I had an issue with checking in, my partner was not arriving until 10 PM and they wanted me to wait until get got to the hotel in order to get the room since he reserved it. But he put my name down over the phone so I would be able to check in without him. This was a business trip and he used business card for booking. I had to use my personal card for deposit in order to get the room before 10 PM. They charged me twice for the deposit and I had to ask for a refund. Otherwise it’s a good location, 5 minute walk to the beach. It feels like a hotel and not a resort. Do they provide two bottles of water each day of stay.

Good Hilton Grand Vacation place, clean rooms with ample space and amenities including in room washer and dryer. Balcony was essentially unusable due to bird poops all over including chairs and tables. Pools were overcrowded with very limited chairs which made it very difficult to enjoy. Long line for food especially at Lagoon grill ( Had to wait for 45 minutes without shade just to order food). Beach is accessible but has to pay for chairs and umbrellas.

This is a time share property, so like a 1 bedroom condo. Limited service, but what there is is good. It feels a bit dated overall, hence the 3 stars. It's not anything specific, but I just don't get a 5 star feeling from the place. Even though the room is listed as partial ocean view, it isn't. It is a city view.
