Very nice timeshare hotel in Waikiki by Hilton Grand Vacations. We love this place in spite of being treated as a second class visitor (we stay here using The Registry Collection). The rooms are clean, comfortable, well appointed and mostly quiet. They only service the rooms every 3 days. The rooftop patio, bar and pool are small but nice. The location is ideal - close to shopping, dining and the beach.
Superb location and spacious suites. Our balcony overlooked all the high end shops and was a fun people watching spot. The pool isn't really much more than a water feature but it's on the rooftop and there's a bar to make up for that!
Best place to stay but very orientated towards Asians. Great rooftop pool and bartender! Stayed here many times and love the staff and location but find there is very rude Asian guests.
Idk why there are any bad reviews about this place. The rooms are not small. Look into the other hotels in the area and compare rooms to see I’m not exaggerating… The majority of hotels in the area are old, stuffy and overcrowded. This place is a breath of fresh air. Yes it’s not next to the beach… but really that beach is small and overcrowded. If you want the “tourist” Hawai’i then by all means book a hotel on the beach. If you’re someone who likes things in close walking distance and have a car to tour the island, this place is for you. I have no complaints.
Yoko, Brian and Cassel and they lady across from the timeshare table Eunyoung and Johnathan lol were simply the best, I felt at home since day 1. Thank you all for a great time. I love that waterfall thing by the lobby very relaxing.
