Great location for a family and couples. Waikiki is an amazing beach, hotel has multiple pools for kids, very good towel service for guests, which is free. Otherwise services are very pricey, but hey, it's a vacation and you can always leave outside the resort to get better value. Our room had ocean view from balcony, fridge and coffee maker. And cause it was a suite, it had two giant TVs.

The BEST hotel I have ever stayed at! We stayed in the rainbow tower overlooking the beach. The views, service, amenities, everything was just literal perfection. Maid service was wonderful too, nicest maids I have ever met. They had a different activity everyday at the resort, my favorite was feeding the koi fish! They also have fireworks every friday. the Beach is way better than the Waikiki public beach. Less crowded and they also have food trucks. We sat on the beach almost every night watching the sunset go down. Best experience ever. Totally worth the money. I am definitely going to be coming back here!

We stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village for 3 nights over spring break and it was great! It is a busy resort, but we expected that going into it and wasn’t near as bad as some reviews made it out to be. The service was great from our experience, everyone was super kind and attentive. The resort grounds are beautiful and there is so much to do on the property! It is a little bit of far/less walkable to some things in Waikīkī than I expected, but we managed. The pools do get busy but the beach is not very crowded and easy to find a nice spot to set up and hang out for the day. I highly recommend researching the different towers to figure out what experience you want. We paid a little extra for a higher level ocean view in the Rainbow Tower and it was SO worth it! Beautiful, updated room with a beautiful view.

The hotel itself is in a great place and the hotel is very clean and beautiful on the in side. But if you’re looking for anything more than that you are out of luck.
For the price you pay it has several down sides. The adult only pool (is falling apart, tiles are laying on the pool deck). and one other main pool close at 6. One pool is open until 9 however it’s super overcrowded all day. None of the pools are heated and are pretty darn cold because they get way less sun than you would expect. The lagoon is nice. But you have to sit on a towel, bring your on chair or rent a chair for over $50 a day. They have several other rentals and after being here a week so far, they easily have some of the most expensive rates for rentals. Also there are no shuttles for the hotel and they don’t offer and discounts on any trolley, shuttles, etc. additionally there are no deals or discounts on excursions of any kind through Hilton. If you ask for stuff to do, the 2 people who work for Hilton we asked would only give us suggestions of things to do on property. The one employee told us there was no breakfast places near by when we asked for suggestions…There are 6… the events they offer on site are more expensive then most places you can find near by. It is very clearly a cash grab for Hilton, and not about guests actually enjoying the state of Hawaii. Only the land of Hilton.
The property itself is easy to find however find things on property is annoying. Towers don’t connect and nothing is labeled in a way that’s easy to find. Also hardly any maps posted throughout the village to figure out a good route. The gym was twice the size of a basic hotel gym but it’s mediocre at best, half the weight equipment is in need of updating or repair, and obviously way too small to accommodate the amount of people staying on site. We stopped in a couple of the lounges and were unimpressed. Other hotels have game rooms with billiards, bags, shuffle board, etc. Hilton has none that we could find.

One of the best hotels in Waikiki. This resort has it all, like entertainment, free activities, lots of pools and loungers, beautiful views, beachfront access, its own lagoon?! And lots of bars, restaurants and shops that can keep you fed and entertained.
It’s a fabulous hotel and the rooms are stunning too. The staff are brilliant, as are the incredible grounds keepers who keep the gardens and pathways so beautiful. They do an incredible job. I’d definitely recommend a stay here.
As a Diamond member I got resort credit and received a pretty big upgrade to the newer rainbow tower and an ocean view.
This hotel is especially good for families too. There was lots for the kids to do however if you’re and adult there are also adult only facilities which is a really nice touch if you want some peace away from the kids.
The location is perfect, not only is it beachfront but you can also walk to the shopping mall in 15 mins and many other local places.
