The service at the hotel was above and beyond. Valets even had beach chairs to borrow. The walk to the beach was short and easily done since the hotel is not right on the beach. We utilized valet services and they were fast and efficient.
Room and bathroom were spacious. We had two queen beds and a pull out sofa. Which was enough space for the four of us. The bathroom had a bidet which my kids loved. Room was clean and modern.
Hotel even upgraded our room to celebrate my birthday. It was a great surprise. Excellent service and hotel. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is in a good location. Walking distance to so many restaurants, stores and the International Marketplace. The bed was very comfortable and our room was spacious. We stayed in the Suite with a king sized bed. We also got 2 small appetizers from Basalt just for staying at this hotel. The pool was tiny and shallow but my 4 and 6 year old still enjoyed it. There's a microwave in the lobby area just in case you want to reheat left overs.
The parking garage was so tight. They suggest you park it on level 6 to get to the hotel elevators easier but the ramp to get down from there was so narrow. We mostly parked on levels 4 and 5. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location to absolutely everything . Clean spacious rooms with fridge. No balcony but that's ok. No swimming pool but they have a splash pad pool that you can sit in. Very relaxing. Clean towels. No restaurant inside but plenty plenty surrounding the hotel. I love it here. Linda the check in receptionist was very nice & helpful. Great place!!

The “City view suite” (the wall of balconies of the hotel next door view is more like it) we got was a dark dungeon. The lighting of the room is like a trendy club’s bathroom, couldn’t tell if the place is clean or not, no blame to the housekeeping who has to work in pitch darkness. We were on the 7th floor, BELOW the lobby (which had great natural light). Clearly this floor was too dark to be used as their lobby. There was an inexplicable rumbling all the time. The suite was large and that’s all I can say was great about it. There’s a window to the bathroom so you can get a view of someone showering and using the toilet.
There is curtain adjustable from the outside of the bathroom.
The service was friendly, nothing spectacular. I was told I had 3pm checkout with my Hyatt status but it did not reflect that on my check out date.
There’s a resort fee, laughable, with their wading pool, $42 self parking. With the room we got and the price we paid, probably the worst value of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

We are Hyatt members so we are very used to Hyatt ways and we’re blown away by the extras this hotel included ! Loved the take home water bottles in our room was great to bring a cocktail to the beach. The yummy Hawaiian coffee K cups were a treat. Loved having a fridge in the room for all my musubi , fruit and drinks. The room was spacious! Love a good hotel robe. The bathroom was so nice to relax in. The pool was nice to layout at. Great fast wifi to work remote from. Even took a meeting in the lobby area no problem. Loved that we could borrow a beach towel, umbrella and chairs no charge! Quick walk to literally everything ! Can’t wait to stay here again
