Amazing Experience!!! I was visiting friends in Honolulu and wanted accessibility to get around. I found this owner and he was more than accommodating in meeting all my needs. He provided flexible pick-up and drop-off locations as well as prices that you can’t beat anywhere else on the island. I even joked about wanting a pink moped and he provided that as well. Hands down the best customer service I have experienced in a while. I will definitely be renting from him again in the future.
BEST MOPEDS EVER! Was visiting Honolulu for a week, first day we got here my brother saw folks riding around on mopeds. Owner was one of the kindest dudes you’ll meet. Most affordable rentals I could find, Is open 24/7, flexible pick-up drop-off locations and, the most laidback customer service I’ve ever had. Do not go anywhere else.
This scooter rental is the best on the island! The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and helpful when learning information about the scooter, quotes, and safety information. There is a law in hawaii that forbids scooter passengers from riding on the scooters so the kind gentlemen took extra steps to ensure that my girl friend was able to learn how to ride from 0 experience prior. It was a blast! After a few hours of riding however, my girl friends scooter has a mechanical malfunction. After calling up the owner at 11pm, he was quick to respond and immediately came with a replacement. No questions asked! If you’re looking to support a up and coming scooter company with some amazing staff and an amazing owner, please rent your scooter here!!!!
Scooter was brand new and super convenient to get around town. My favorite part is that the scooters didn’t have a ton of logos or branding! Ola was super accommodating.
everything went smooth and bike was good. I would recommend it to my friends and family. the guy is easy to talk and very patient. I would rent the mopped to this business again. MAKE MY HAWAII FUN and it was so cheap. bonus is that it was 24HRS.
