I will start by giving a 1 star because I cannot give ZERO. We are here on vacation, I took my wife and three kids there for a late lunch. We should have walked out. First appearance was nasty. Spills on the floor in the dining room that had partially dried and instead of cleaning them up, there was a slipper cone set next to them. Tables a mess. Both trash cans overflowing to the point people put their trash on the floor next to them. The bathrooms where such a mess they where unusable due to sanitary disgusting not cleaned issues. Not seeing all this at first we ordered, lady was super nice, food was fast and cold. Fries where trash, cheese not even melted just straight up cold. Daughter could not even eat her salad, the lettuce I assume was bad. I know things are expensive on the islands so the $76 wouldn't bother me if we didn't have to through over half of it out. But hey the mini tacos and motz sticks were good. I hope the manager/owner takes this serous and can clean it up. I didn't want to complain there but it has bothered me all day to the point of disgusted. I hope others have a better experience.

This is the first time in about 20 years since I ate at a Jack in the box… maybe my last. Placed an order online for pickup. Went through the drive-thru and even asked the person if everything was in order and they said yes. Got home to find out that my shake wasn’t there with no condiments as ordered and replaced with a soda without noticed and no refund for the difference. I went back to the location, asked and was told that their machine wasn’t working or that they ran out, I couldn’t remember or care anymore. I asked what about a refund; and was told that they couldn’t do anything about that. Was about to ask for a supervisor when they decided to refund me the difference.
It would’ve been nice to be notified of the problem beforehand instead of wasting my time and gas to go back and forth. By the time I got back home with my food, the warmth was gone. Didn’t even finish it.

Nobody bother with the heyjackbox.com route once presented. Been almost a month after submitting there without a response. If JITB is too good for their paying customers then they should just close the doors!

It was late at night and was looking for places that was open and saw that Jack in a box was open 24 hours. I passed by and there were cones blocking the drive thru. Like idk why you gotta have cones blocking the drive thru when it says 24 hours on the window. I’m not blaming jack in a box, just blaming the owner or manager for putting that sign up when it’s not true. Unreal

Says open 24 hours but I pay and place a mobile order just to drive over here and see these cones blocking the drive thru. Just took my money and no food.
