An overall very enjoyable spot to stay! The pool is always in full sun with no umbrellas which is unfortunate, however the pool itself is in good condition and is an enjoyable place to cool off. The place is right across the street from the ocean, which is great for watching sunset. There is a crosswalk right at the building to cross over to the beach, however be very careful when crossing because it is very rare that people actually stop for you. Overall a solid 8.1/10, an enjoyable stay at a reasonable price.
This was our first time staying in a VRBO. We were in unit 113. Our host was incredibly helpful when we called before our trip with questions. Unit was clean and perfect for our needs. Counters; however, were oddly high. Art work in the unit was also odd but I guess it is the owners taste. Over all we were very pleased to stay in this unit. The pool was well kept and clean, also heated to the perfect temperature. Place is across from a great beach but not that swimmable as the water is quite turbulent with zero visibility.
Loved the location and all the amenities provided. The pool was maintained and chairs/tables were cleaned every morning. The rooms were nicely decorated and the condominium provided everything you need from cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker as well as coffee, full size refrigerator that had condiments in it, ice maker large living and dining room area. Washer and dryer. Walk across the street and you're on the beach. Only semi negative comment would be how small the parking spaces are. We had a van and the squeeze to get in and out with a baby was a little tight. Other than that, great place!
Awesome location, just a parking lot in front of the beach. Fully stocked unit. Great view of the sunset over the windmills. also use of pool & hot tub. Two grills in pool area.
Fortunately, the great location compensates for the experience with the rented property - we booked unit 311 via a booking platform. The apartment is in a condition that is disproportionate to the cost. It was clean and the bedrooms are small. The apartment is showing its age and shows a lot of signs of use. Although located on a fairly busy road, it is very quiet, especially at night.
