The food is always really good here. Service takes a bit, they're always pretty busy and there's lot of space so who knows what the heck else the servers are doing. Took a little long to get waters after sitting down but everything else seemed reasonably timed. It's a little loud because the room echos, but they have live music that's always pretty good. Good luck finding parking downtown and there's usually a wait for dinner times. So be prepared. Worth the wait!
We had an awesome time here. Staff were great and made some excellent recommendations. It was a huge space with lots of seating. Big range of beers and the ones I tried were delicious. Food was great, the chicken wings were a highlight, and we were able to get them with 2 different sauces.
We stopped here for a late lunch one afternoon. We each ordered a pizza (these are big so definitely shareable!), fries to share, a sour and a flight. Everything was really good and the server was pretty friendly and helpful. They had indoor and outdoor seating. The birds were crazy! The moment people got up to leave they would swoop in to enjoy their own meal. It was very entertaining but also a little gross how they were walking and laying all over the tables. Obviously not much they can do about it!
We had our reception of 40 people at Maui Brewing. The managers and staff were wonderful to work with. They were very accommodating and friendly. The food and drinks were great as well. The lemonade seltzer was the best. I cannot thank them enough for making our special day so wonderful!
Visited Maui Brewing Co. on a Wednesday night. It was busy but not overwhelmingly busy. The service was lacking big time. It took awhile to have a server greet us but I let it slide since we had children with us and it gave us time to decide what we wanted so we were ready to order when the server came to our table. We all ordered our food, drinks were delivered, food was delivered by runners but our server never came back. Sides and sauces were missing, drinks were empty. Had to flag down other servers for help. Like I said, it was busy and loud but not overwhelmingly busy that you couldn’t check back on your tables. The next time we saw our server was when we needed the bill to pay. I was quite disappointed in the service but the food, when corrected, was good.
