Maui Thai Bistro is a decent spot for Thai food, but it didn’t stand out compared to other Thai restaurants I’ve been to. The flavors were good but pretty typical—nothing particularly unique or memorable.
We went during rush hour, and the service was noticeably slow. It took a while to get our food, which was a bit frustrating. However, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice.
Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re craving Thai food in Maui, but don’t expect anything extraordinary.

I felt the food was good and service was great. The wait was very very long. Overall really enjoyed my dinner here.

This is a nice place, the food is tasty but the service is slow. We ended up at this place on a slow Tuesday evening, the restaurant wasn’t overflowing there were a few empty tables but the food took a long time to arrive. We ordered the Tom yum soup, fresh rolls and the yellow curry. The soup and the curry were tasty but the fresh rolls were pretty dry.

We had a fantastic dinner at Maui Thai Bistro! They offer a wide range of Thai curries and other dishes (including several vegan/ vegetarian options). It was some of the best Thai food that I have ever had and everyone in our group loved their meals (even someone who doesn’t usually like Thai food!). Our server, Supapan, was very friendly and she made our visit an enjoyable experience. Pictures: yellow curry with tofu, Panang curry with macadamia nuts and short rib

Service was absolutely amazing here! We were craving thai food and managed to get seated towards the end of the night. Drinks were 10/10 and food hit the spot. The pad kee mao and pad thai and pad see ew were very yummy - different than typical thai places I’ve been but delicious nonetheless!!
