We never would have thought that we'd come to Maui to find our favorite Thai restaurant. Quirky, fun atmosphere. We love the mix of Thai and American cultural references. Friendly family run business. Fantastic food. The pineapple fried rice was amazing. I appreciated the festive desert presentation for my $1.00 ice cream bar. ☺️

The area for dine in is like open garage space. Regardless of dine in or take out, food is served in a take out fashion. But if you choose to dine in, complimentary water bottle is provided and there will be use and throw utensils.
One of the standout features of My Thai Maui is its extensive menu, offering a variety of options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or have other dietary needs, there’s no shortage of delicious dishes to choose from. Customization is made easy here. You can modify ingredients, adjust spice levels, swap out proteins. My Thai Maui ensures that every dish is prepared to your satisfaction.
We throughly enjoyed our order of soup, shrimp fried rice and fish. To top it all off, the dessert was absolutely delicious. We loved the mango sticky rice with beautiful lavender color, it was the perfect way to end the meal.

This is probably the best Thai food I’ve ever had. It’s very family friendly. The hosts are friendly and knowledgeable and it’s a good stop going to the airport. Standouts were the green curry, the Tom Yum Soup, the pad thai, and the pad see ew. The mango sticky rice was outstanding. I love supporting this super local food that is clearly made with love.

It’s not a restaurant, it’s an experience!
Great Thai food, lots of options to customize and the most entertaining host. If you love 80s movies this place is a must visit.
Portion sizes are huge, we took half of it home - so consider getting just one for two persons in case you are not starving.
What would be great is an option for proper plates and cutlery instead of only take away plates.

I had an amazing experience at My Thai Maui! We tried the Pad Kee Mao and the spring rolls, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with just the right amount of spice. The spring rolls were crispy and fresh, making for a perfect appetizer.
Service was excellent—fast, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The food arrived quickly, and everything was beautifully presented. If you’re looking for authentic Thai flavors with great service, this place is a must-visit! I’ll definitely be coming back.
