UPDATE: Manager was super sweet and helpful figuring out what could have happened. Forget his name but he responded very quickly and we were able to have a professional conversation. Upper management have excellent customer service. If I have the chance to go back buy I would give them another chance. Old post: Don’t come here! They are scammers. Bought a bunch of pokemom cards packs. Guess they stole the good cards and try to repackage them. In one pack there were only 6 cards the other had only 5.
Amazing Experience at Odyssey VR! We stopped by Odyssey VR at the International Market Place, and it turned out to be such a fun and eventful experience! Our two twelve-year-olds absolutely loved playing the VR games—they were amazed by how immersive and exciting everything was. A huge shoutout to K and Steven, who were incredibly helpful and made sure the kids had a great time. Their guidance and friendly attitude really stood out! Aside from the VR, we also had fun with the claw machines and picked up some trading cards, which added even more to the experience. We will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend Odyssey VR for anyone looking for family-friendly entertainment! 5/5 stars!!
We celebrated my son's 11th birthday with a few of his friends at OdysseyVR and it was an amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond. They were so helpful running back and forth between all the kids, especially with them wanting to switch between the games, rides, and racing frequently. They were also really patient with my 6 year old that was playing VR for the first time and was trying to figure it all out. My 11 year old said "bruh. I loved it, it was awesome!" We will definitely return to play again.
Great place, even if you are not a VR person. They have gachapon from Japan and claw machines which were pretty fun. Also Pokemon cards in the bag and Pikachu statues. Overall a fun place
Fun for all ages. The employees are pretty nice and explains everything thoroughly from setup, time fee, game options.
