We loved our stay here. It is very convenient and close to anything you need. Everyone was very professional and nice. Housekeeping did a fantastic job cleaning our room daily. All hotel staff were great. Check-in was easy. We did not have a car, so I could not comment on parking. The noise from the street was a little loud but did not bother us at all.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waikiki Beach Resort for over a week and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location of the hotel is unbeatable—just steps from the stunning Waikiki Beach, with easy access to shopping malls, the aquarium, a plethora of dining options, and more. It truly puts everything you could want within arm’s reach. The resort boasts two on-site restaurants, The Hula Girl and Duke’s, both of which are excellent. (I’ll be reviewing them separately.) The rooms were a highlight—bright, spacious, and equipped with partial ocean views and all the amenities we needed. The bed and pillows were so incredibly comfortable that I found myself wishing I could take them home with me! 😀 The staff added to the overall charm of the resort—they were unfailingly friendly and helpful. While the parking service is valet-only (not my personal favorite), the staff handled it efficiently. However, at $60 per day, the parking fee was on the steeper side. One of the standout features of the resort is the daily activities it offers for guests, such as ukulele lessons and bracelet-making workshops. These activities added a delightful touch to our stay and helped us immerse ourselves in the local culture. In summary, our experience at the Waikiki Beach Resort was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return on our next trip to the breathtakingly beautiful Hawaii.
Overall it was okay. Average hotel room that is due for a refresh. You definitely pay a premium for the location. Staff is friendly and the rooms were clean. If you’re a light sleeper you’ll want to know the chillers from the hotel and restaurant next door are LOUD. Clearly there’s nothing they can do about that, so i didn’t take that into account in my overall rating.
Perfect location, lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The ocean view is beautiful. Great service, staff is very friendly and hotel has many fun activities for all ages. We stayed 8 nights with breakfast or Lunch included at Duke’s. We like the breakfast, lunch didn’t have many options. We like to explore so we stayed at the hotel beach 3 days, very clean and convenient but a little bit crowed. Nice size room, clean and well kept with lots of storage. I recommend this hotel!
OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resort is a fantastic place to stay, offering easy access to the beautiful beach just steps away. Spending four nights at the resort gave us ample time to explore not only the property but also the vibrant surroundings. The complimentary coupons provided by the resort allowed us to indulge in some of the finest exotic dishes at Duke's and Hula Grill, both of which offer unique and delicious dining experiences. Do not forgot to get a taste of Pineapple or Papaya. Hawaii has unique delicious taste of food for sure The resort's outdoor activity reception was extremely helpful, offering a wide range of exciting options to make the most of our stay. Whether it was water adventures, cultural experiences, or guided tours, there was always something fun to do. The location of the resort felt like the heart of Waikiki, surrounded by endless entertainment and shopping opportunities. We found everything from high-end luxury brands to charming, budget-friendly shops tucked away in hidden corners. The combination of convenience, luxury, and adventure made our stay at OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resort truly unforgettable
