Second hotel in our Honolulu stay - was meant to be a treat finish to our holiday with upgraded accommodation. Our travel agent booked a Studio Ocean View room (we got Room #1017) and we wish they never had. It is a shoe box in size which means that the queen bed is pushed hard up against a wall into a corner plua a fixed couch situated inches from the end of the bed. Meaning that my husband has to climb over me each time he needs to visit the bathroom. In addition to this we share the space with a small jet engine (otherwise know as a floor level box air conditioner) that we have had to drape towels over to try to deaden the noise to enable sleep. When I called reception and asked the question "If all their rooms are this size ?" I was provided with the response that it was my fault as I had booked their cheaper room. I did ask the question if it was usual to situate dual occupancy beds hard into a corner combined with no foot clearance resulting in one party having to.climb over the other to be able to exit and enter the bed. There was no answer to this question. I also questioned the volume of the air conditioner unit to which she responded "No, not in all rooms". She offered to check in the morning what other rooms may be available at an additional cost. Our question is "How do we get back our treat finish to our holiday?" TRAVELLER BEWARE !!! Beautiful hotel ! The scenery outside the building is gorgeous, located directly across Honolulu zoo & Waikiki beach. All stores on the strip are a 2-10minute destination.
Overall the staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay here ! They’re quick and efficient with room service, maintenance is maintained ! And on each floors theres a beautiful lounge area

We spent 4 nights here and we are very satisfied. Room was very clean and modern, a little bit small my our family of 4 had no issues with it. Hotel has been renovated and looks very cute. Valet was a little bit slow but not a big deal. They provide free chairs and towels for the beach. The location is also very convenient right on Waikiki beach close to all the entertainment. This is not a fancy hotel but honestly it was a perfect fit for us.

Great location, stellar views of Diamond Head, love the restaurant. Can be a little chaotic, the pool is small for the hotel and despite the pool's location to the bar/restaurant, they aren't entirely connected, so no drinks service at the pool and you have to put your shirt and shoes on every time you go in to order a drink which can be frustrating. Overall, though, a pretty good option for the price.

Amazing experience. The staff helped us in every way we needed. The rooms are very quiet and were always cleaned. The valets were always kind and prompt. When asking questions to the front desk about TLA or anything related, they were very i formative and went out of their way to get the answer. I will return on my way out. 10/10
