Indian food cart in the south maui nursery area in Kihei. Beautiful location. You can walk through or sit in the nursery during their business hours. Customer service was great. Food was great. I did not want rice with my chicken curry plate and they replaced rice with plain dosa. That was wonderful suggestion since I like dipping. The filled dosas and samosas were great as well. Strongly recommend tamarind chutney with these items. We visited this place twice in one week. Thank you

I got a masala Dosa and regular Dosa with chutney. Did not have the usual spice level I am used to but I know they have to cater to many palettes being in a tourist area. It still had the classic dosa and coconut chuntney taste I have come to love. One masala Dosa would likely not be enough for an average person but the two was perfect. Came in around $16 which I think is totally reasonable for the area and what you'll be paying at most restaurants.

For Indians: it’s not your usual spice level but definitely has the right amount of flavor to do the job, dosa sambar and chutney were full of flavor and were piping hot, lemon rice could be little more flavorful
For Non Indians, enjoy the awesome food, it’s amazing!
There are rest rooms just opposite to the food truck.

One of the best and authentic south Indian food we had in USA. We ordered the South Indian combo and veg korma combo plate. Both plates were really good. Especially loved the coconut chutney, it was fresh and masala dosa was awesome!
