Really happy with our stay here for 10 days. The location is perfect, close to where most of the tours pick up from and right around the corner from a bus stop if needed. The staff were all very friendly, accommodating and made the stay enjoyable. The splash bar & pool were a nice way to relax after a busy day.
Id suggest asking for a room on upper floors for 2 reasons. 1, the view is fantastic and 2, the elevators are often jam packed by the time it gets halfway down, we had to leave many people waiting for another one. Being higher up leaves more chance of getting an empty or close to empty elevator.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again if we come back to Waikiki

The Sheraton Princess Kaiulani is a newly renovated hotel. The rooms are clean with new amenities. They are going through a renovation right now so one elevator is down but the rest work pretty well. The resort fee is a bit much for what you get but that’s just Hawaii - expensive. If the question is if I would stay there again, the answer is yes - I would if the prices remain reasonable. I would recommend!

Stayed here on our wedding anni, whilst also attending a family wedding.
We enjoyed every moment and part of our stay. Bryce at the front desk embodied the aloha spirit, so kind and a great start to our experience. Samantha, the guest experience manager, is amazing and truly delivered a wonderful experience. She made us feel so special. Being a Marriott member has its perks, we were upgraded to an upper floor in Ainahau Tower, corner end unit with the most AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL view! We loved waking up and watching the surfers.
Splash Bar service was great! They have a friendly staff and speedy service. Just a normal breakfast, eggs, potatoes, can't really mess that up. Our fave was the breakfast sandwich, very yum.

Every staff member we met was extremely friendly. The location and price can’t be beat. I would recommend staying in the larger tower. The hallways of the smaller tower were dated. We faced west and heard music till midnight. It didn’t stop me from getting a goods night’s sleep.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. I’d definitely pass on eating here as the food was not good. My mom ordered pancakes and it would have been nice if they told her the syrup was a thick chocolate topping. She couldn’t eat it.. We had a hard time getting an elevator to get to our room also. The only plus was the gentleman at the bar gave me a delicious piece of bread when I ordered coffee!
