We stayed for a week in early April and very much enjoyed our stay. Staff is excellent. One thing we did miss was an option for on-site self laundry. We were fortunate to have packed enough to not need it, but potential visits in the future will need to consider the lack of this service The alternative laundry options were not appealing. Another surprise was the Sunday Brunch. The invitation was for brunch yet that really meant another opportunity to order from the regular menu. I expected more than that.

Spacious and clean rooms in appealing modern design. Pool is very small and too crowded. Platinum members get a few perks including a $15 breakfast coupon but breakfast itself is not included so you just get those $15 off unlike in most other Marriott properties where breakfast is included for platinum members. Staff is very friendly and helpful but hideout cafe staff is not very attentive. Would have given 4 stars if the rooms and hotel wasn’t so noisy. The noise from the street and music from the bar is very loud and until late at night. In the morning the music starts again loud and early plus the constant street noise is very annoying so you cannot get a good nights rest. Would I stay here again? Sadly not because of the noise pollution even though that staff is exceptionally friendly.

It is central. And it is loud. Especially in the lobby and balconies. The open air restaurant turns into a bar and there is live music every day. The music is broadcast throughout the common areas. The room was large and tidy. There is no kettle or coffee maker in the room. Based on the room amenities I would put this more as a 3 star, not a 4.

Stayed for a long weekend, Thursday - Monday. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. There was plenty of eating options near by with the beach within a 10 minute walk away. I'd stay again for sure.

We live nearby and do love stopping at the outdoor patio bar on the second level. It's lovely to relax and have a drink or food there especially when there is live music. We go despite the less than welcoming people at the entrance and sometimes slow service. We'd stop more often if it weren't for that.
