We truly enjoy saying at the Ritz, rooms are clean and it’s always a huge benefit to have laundry in the rooms. Rooms are quiet and the a/c works well for those who like the rooms cold. Staff is friendly and attentive and always been accommodating. We have even had our clients cancelled and even with the hotel being fully booked, they managed to get us the same room for another night. We will be back
We recently stayed here and the trip and service was exceptional. Everyone here is so friendly and goes above board. Kudos to the concierge for finding me a clear bag to take to Pearl Harbor. Another concierge left a list she compiled for me of restaurants with large gluten free menus. The pool was so peaceful and the little touches of bringing snacks around such as sorbet were unexpected and appreciated. From top to bottom the residences were excellent. We will definitely return.
We took our office staff to run the Honolulu Marathon and stayed at the Ritz Carlton Residences. Really liked the rooms because they came with laundry machines right in the room which made it so easy to do the laundry after the marathon. The hotel also provided laundry detergent everyday so you could wash cloths every day if you wanted! The rooms were modern, well appointed, and very comfortable. Spa service was great too! Location was central with easy access to everything! Would definitely stay again if given th opportunity!
Excellent service from the moment we checked in! Sarah was amazing and upgraded us to a king ocean view! She also sent us champagne as we were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday! Our room met all of our expectations for a wonderful experience! We went to the pool area which is fabulous and they upgraded us to a cabana experience which was unexpected but we thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed! Overall the Ritz Carlton Residence is a spectacular property centrally located to shops and restaurant. Staff and customer service are excellent! We will definitely return!!
Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Waikiki Beach was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we checked in for our honeymoon, the hospitality was next level. A huge shoutout to Richard—when he found out we were celebrating, he went above and beyond, surprising us with a bottle of wine, champagne, fresh Hawaiian juices, and, most special of all, two dolls for our future kids, along with a heartfelt handwritten note. It was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. I’ve stayed at many five-star hotels, but this resort truly deserves six. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay!
