We had a wonderful experience staying at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa. A member of the front staff named Wendy took really good care of us. She made our stay extra special and went the extra mile to make sure we had an enjoyable stay and we really appreciated it. The hotel pools and gym were great. Restaurants onsite were enjoyable. Our room was up to date, clean and had the most beautiful ocean views. The only negative thing I would have to say about the hotel is that it was a bit pricey to stay here so keep an eye out for any promos or sales.

I enjoyed our stay at the be Waikiki Beach Marriott. The rooms were modern and had the usual amenities. The staff were all very polite and helpful and knowledgeable. Our tours stopped right at the back door. The weather is so nice here we found ourselves using the balcony in the evening to chill just before turning in. Lots of stores right in the complex including a little generic everything store. Beach was right across the street. Easy to walk on morning and evening. I recommend this hotel especially if you like a city scene.

This was our first time to Hawaii and our travel agent recommended the Waikiki Beach Marriott. His recommendation was a great one and we couldn't have been happier in our stay. The location is on the beach and we upgraded our room for a BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean where we enjoyed perfect sunsets. We tried several of their restaurants and everyone in our party raved over their food orders. We sat outside overlooking the beach and enjoyed great food, wonderful drinks, and perfect sunsets. We felf very safe walking to the beach and to other restaurants and shops in the area. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. Sincere thanks to the Waikiki Marriott team for making our trip to Hawaii both wonderful and memorable!

There're lots of hotels right in front of Waikiki Beach. This property is mediocre when you consider pricing and value. I think Hyatt Regency few minutes away from here is a better choice. This property charges $50+tax resort fee per day but it doesn't have anything with real value, there's not even complimentary water provided for elite members not to mention free upgrades. I was even asked to pay a fee to be upgraded to a room with better view even being a Platinum member. Also, upon checking in, I was informed that there's no water in the room for two days that I had to use another room if I wanted to shower. This is so inconvenient that I wish I knew earlier that I could change to a different property. After water came back, the sink keeps vomiting chunks of dirt from the pipe every day in the morning(see picture attached). It's something from the sewer and so sick to clean it up. I had to clean it by myself on the first day, but the dirt comes back every day during our 5 nights stay that I had to call the front desk to clean it up every day for the rest of our stay. We would definitely not coming back to this property in the future.

A nice hotel and in a fun area of Waikiki. The room was nice and spacious. Loved the balcony. Great views. The room service was helpful and available when needed. Had a nice open sitting area, gym, and pool deck with bar and hot tub. Also, the beds were very comfortable!
Main feedback:
- You all should not charge the patron extra for the room they paid for even if it’s not within the confines of the room block that they bought it in. It’s not their fault that you all overextend the offer.
- also, it would be nice to have a screen door on the patios or else the birds come in for a visit when you keep the door open.
