We stayed in Unit 168. Stayed Jan 2025 The condo was top floor in a quiet area of the complex. Lots of windows and high ceilings. View from lanai was a peek a boo of the ocean. Sunsets were lovely. That’s the good….. Unfortunately this condo was not very clean. We have never had issues with that before at this complex. Have stayed many times here. All those condos were immaculate Contacted owner to notify him of our concerns. He just gave a stupid excuse why it wasn’t clean. We came to the conclusion he was probably the person who does the cleaning. Condo was dated even though his website says it was fully renovated. Probably back 20 odd years ago I would say. He doesn’t have the option to leave review from the website we rented from. (Hmmmm interesting!!) Still, overall, this complex itself is close to quite a few beaches, the beach boardwalk, Shops of Wailea, restaurants etc. This complex is a good deal for your money in upscale Wailea.

Great location, great amenities. Quality varies by owner but we love our upgraded VRBO. 15 minute walk to beach, you can walk to numerous restaurants and a market, beautiful views of golf course and even ocean/sunset views!

This was a condo rental. It overlooked a golf course and a mountain and was walking distance to a unique shopping area and several beaches.

We had a lovely view over the golf course looking out to the ocean. Sunsets amazing. The unit was very nice, clean, ready when we arrived early, staff was great. The king bed was a concrete slab we couldn't sleep on. If you like extra firm you'd be happy.

Great place to stay while in Maui. All the amenities !!! Would highly recommend.
