Supposedly on the 9th of March, Sunday it was super busy. Placed an order around 8pm for delivery after my other order from #Walmart around 4pm was discarded and never delivered, I figured, why not order from Wendy’s since now my family and I can’t cook dinner… about an hour later, I finally got confirmation that I had a driver to pick up our food and is waiting… 20mins go by and driver is still waiting. Then, 20mins later from that, my $82 delivery order was canceled. Today marks it to be business day #13 of no refund because of having to wait on Wendy’s. Now, after calling customer service, I receive a second DUPLICATE email stating the same thing as the first… it’ll take up to another additional 12 business days for my refund to be processed. And all because the night manager on March 9th, 2025 (from a reliable source) wanted to press buttons to cancel my order almost 2hrs after being placed and after a driver had been waiting for 20ish minutes to pick it up.

It took me so long to figure out the kiosk to only lettuce and onions that 2 employees said to tell them what I wanted on the burger and they would do it. Excellent customer service. But do not like the kiosk

It’s been a hot minute since we’ve been to Wendy’s. So after browsing the menu on the app. I figured I’d cash in on a coupon & a reward. After placing the order we headed a few minutes down the road. Usually there’s always a long drive through line. So I was surprised to roll right up to the drive through mic. Both voices had a professional radio sounding quality. Plus very friendly & accommodating when we pulled up to the second window instead of the first. Even the app order made our food pick up quick & easy. So I just wanted to say thanks for making dinner:)

A decent value for your dollar, the 4 for $5 menu offers a selection of food items accompanied by fries, some chicken nuggets, and a drink. The Jr bacon cheeseburger is the most attractive menu item for me, but in reality, the chicken nuggets are the most appetizing piece for me. They are tender, juicy, and fried in an unobtrusive batter that doesn't detract from the flavor of the chicken.
That being said, the restaurant itself isn't doing so well. The door handle has been loose for as long as I can remember and now it seems the door covering the underside of their fountain drink station has fallen off as well. I do, however, appreciate the separate fountain for chilled water which is something that most restaurants don't do.
All in all, the food is good, it's reasonably priced, but the unfortunate state of the restaurant itself means that you probably want to stick to the drive thru. Just be warned that the drive thru service is slower than most.

We got there and it was past dine in close time but drive through was open. We assumed that like last time we would be allowed to walk up and order but was told we couldn’t do that, we had to order on the mobile app for pick up. Literally witnessed someone else who ordered online walk up and get their order from the window but all of a sudden after we ordered the app had been down for a while apparently. Just lies cause they obviously don’t wanna work. Place sucks.
